After more than 20 years in the corporate world—leading teams, managing complex projects, and serving clients with care—I felt a growing pull to do something more personal and meaningful. I wanted to support people through life’s harder moments, to help them feel seen, understood, and less alone.
Over the years, I’ve watched loved ones navigate big life transitions like aging, downsizing, and loss. One experience that deeply impacted me was watching a close family member try to rebuild her life after losing her spouse. Even with support from family, the process of letting go, making decisions, and facing the unknown was incredibly overwhelming.
I began working directly with seniors and their families as a move manager and quickly saw how much of a difference compassionate guidance and thoughtful planning can make. It was clear to me: this is where I was meant to be.
I founded WeCare Transitions to ease the burden for seniors and their loved ones—providing not just move coordination, but also gentle support, education, and peace of mind. My mission is to honor each person's story, help them feel confident in their next chapter, and ensure no one has to face these transitions alone.

Do I have to use all of your services, or can I choose only what I need?
You’re welcome to use just the services that fit your needs. Some clients only need help with organizing and downsizing, while others prefer full move management. We’re happy to tailor a plan just for you.
Do you work directly with moving companies?
Yes! We work closely with reliable, professional movers and coordinate all logistics on your behalf. We’ll schedule, communicate, and supervise the moving process to ensure everything runs smoothly.
How involved do I or my family need to be?
That’s entirely up to you. Some clients prefer to be hands-on, while others want us to take care of everything. We can include adult children or family members as much—or as little—as you'd like.
What areas do you serve?
WeCare Transitions proudly serves seniors and families throughout the Twin Cities Metro, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, and surrounding suburbs.
Can you help with clearing out a home after a loved one passes away or moves into care?
Yes. Our Estate Clean-Out & Closure service provides respectful, compassionate support during this emotional time. We assist with sorting belongings, coordinating donations, shipping items to family, and preparing the home for sale or turnover.
Do you offer support for moves into assisted living or senior communities?
Absolutely. Whether moving into assisted living, independent living, or memory care, we understand the unique challenges involved and will work closely with the community, your family, and you to ensure a seamless, dignified transition

It all begins with a free in-home consultation. We’ll meet with you and/or your family to discuss your goals, evaluate your needs, and design a plan that works for you. There’s no pressure—just support and guidance to help you take the next step with confidence
